Cancellation fees will be assessed to orders that have either been started or are either completely or partially finished according to the following criteria:
In the event that the pick-up was completed by a courier or that the courier arrived at the pickup address within the scheduled for pickup time, or in the event that the courier arrived at the pickup address prior to the scheduled for pickup time and contacted the customer to notify the customer that the courier has reached the pickup address, the cancellation fee in such cases will be equal to the pick-up charges of the scheduled order.
In the event that the services were paid for with cash, the cancellation fees will be deducted from the Customer ACQUAINTPRO LOGISTICS balance in the form of a credit note and will be applied to the customer's subsequent order that is placed by them.
In the event that the customer chooses a payment method other than cash, cancellation fees will be directly deducted from their ACQUAINTPRO LOGISTICSprepaid or postpaid balance. These costs will also be reflected as a cancellation fee on the customer dashboard as well as the invoice for the period. The fee will be assessed to the same order number as ACQUAINTPRO LOGISTICS, whose purchase was subsequently cancelled.
After the investigation team has confirmed the situation and given their positive feedback, the refund will be credited either on the customer's ACQUAINTPRO LOGISTICSbalance in the form of a credit note or directly to the customer's bank account within seven working days. The customer can choose which method of refunding they would like, and it will be processed accordingly.
Liability on goods that are being delivered can only be taken by the company within the limits of the guaranteed amount, and only in the case that the customer has declared the true cost and correct contents of the parcel (guaranteed amount) during the order placement process on the portal, and only if the customer has paid the security fee of 0.85% plus GST from the declared cost to the company prior to the order placement. 50,000 rupees is the maximum liability that can occur within the maximum amount of permissible guarantee. Without prior written confirmation from ACQUAINTPRO LOGISTICS's management team, the customer should under no circumstances place orders with a value greater than 50,000 rupees.
